So many times I see him trying to beat his man but gets intercepted and pushed off the ball too easily
He’s unpredictable. I think half the time he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He still put some decent crosses in today though.
Thing that frustrates me most with him is how many times he looks to have got half a yard, then drags the ball back onto his left. Talent is in there though.
Usually he's very good going forward, but today he was beyond bad. Even when he did get his cross away, they were all very poor. Made so many wrong choices, especially when trying to take a man on. His passing was so much worse than usual as well. I'm putting it down to him 'trying too hard' and wanting us to equalise and oversimplifying things as usually going forward he's much better
Awful today but not the only one. His strength is running onto the ball in space. We pass it to him from a standing start.

He's got more attacking intent and tricks than the others. Defensively the others are better. That being the case, it would be nice to start with him as since Port Vale we have struggled to gain an early stranglehold. Oxford, Posh, Pompey and Blackpool have all taken control early and killed us. Start Cotter, gain the early momentum then if needs be haul him off
For me, we started off as 532 today. Only when they scored did we push more into 352. Dodgson was more LB that first half. O Keefe similar but not as much.
