    I ordered the black training top online, arrived within the week this morning.
    However I ordered it because I wanted it with the gold toby tyke badge as per the photo on the site. It's arrived with the club badge on it. I now have to return it at my expense, won't get refunded on the original posting amd processing fee and I used my voucher to buy it, which now shows as expired so cannot use it again. So I'll be around £20 out of pocket.
    It's really not that difficult to run a shop, I know because I did it in varying guises all my working life. Yet BFC choose to tie in with Fanatics, a company who seem incapable of doing the basics.
