    The story of CF Malaga is yet another example of disastrous ownership (Qatari in this case). They’ve gone from the quarter finals of the Champions League in 2013 (and were very controversially knocked out), to relegation to the third tier of the Spanish league following relegation last season. As far as I’m aware the third tier is semi-pro. We toured their stadium a few years ago and it would not look out of place in our Premier League.
