    It ain't good. I don't think we will go go down, (but I've been wrong). One of the worst performances I've ever seen, & that goes back to 1975. No chance of promotion. Grief. That is bad. I'm a happy clapper most of the time. I have to accept Barnsley are a League 1 team, due to lack of budget. Going back to the 4th tier, where I started supporting them would be sad.

    That's literally all it is, the Investors want their money, rightly so I suppose but don't try and pretend it's anything else. They've obviously fooled a few but this will end like the Conway/Chien.

    We need this lot out otherwise the enjoyment of BFC is finished

    Do we actually need to spend any money though? Experienced players are often available on loan or frees a la Norwood. I have no idea which experienced defenders are out of contract or available for loan at the minute, but it's surely something we should be looking at? We know that the core of the squad is more than capable. A defender and a striker who've both been around the block would probably make a massive difference.
