Well if you think that result will define how our season is going to go then fair enough. We were lucky to get a point at Bristol by all accounts and folded against Posh on Tuesday. Granted, we’re missing a few but even when they come back in, the quality in depth is lacking for me. Each to their own though and we’ll see where we are when the window shuts.
I seem to remember similar conversations this time last year - in fact weren't there calls for Duff to go at Plymouth?
I really, really think we need to stop speculating on why certain players leave/join/say something because it slowly turns into the truth, when none of us actually know.
I don't think they're lazy, I think they just don't know how to run a football club, but they honestly believe they do, they can't see how detached from reality they are, which is a major concern.
One. It’s not the results it’s the fact in all 3 three games we have performed not great. The first game score line flatters us. Surely you understand that too.
To be fair, my expectations have reset pretty quickly. From optimistic to something else in the space of two weeks!
Your opinion, and you’re entitled to it. To me he’s one of the few players worth turning up to watch.
We've lost one game? Apologies mate, I didn't realise things were that bad. I'm bang on board with you now, the manager definitely needs sacking and we should get a posse together to rape and pillage the board of directors. I can't believe we've been resting on our laurels while this has been going on. I feel like a right chump.
Having listened to the full interview I’m baffled at what people have read into it deserving pages of comment. He said the team had quality and can definitely fight for promotion if they can add more quality- hardly the news of the century, oh and he’s not going to speculate in a press interview about any future contract. Wow, amazing.
Threw away the opportunity of a lucrative tie in the league cup, instead choosing to field a team of non leaguers and pre-pubescent children in order to save the first teamers who then garnered one point from the next two fixtures. Zero sympathy with any 'financial reality' while theyre not trying to win football games. Supposed to be the purpose of the organisation.
