    Not that either he or Norwood should necessarily be publicly saying that, but if it gets to the point that even the players feel the need to point out the obvious - what is it that the clubs' leaders are missing?

    I accept there could be loads going on behind the scenes and we've still a couple of weeks to go before the window shuts, but I'm not confident we're going to get who we need

    Not filled with any confidence for recruitment at all. The trialist playing upfront for the u21s this week was apparently a ‘striker’ with barely 20 goals at professional level in his career let alone a season. A 30 year old whose last club was Chippenham Town.
