    Just seen that Debra played 33 games last season and got just one yellow card and no red. Very unusual for a centre back. Perhaps he's a cultured footballer, like Paul Futcher. If he's anywhere near being as good as Futcher, he'd be a brilliant signing.

    He's under 24 so Halifax will be due some compo, maybe they're trying to finalise that and not go to tribunal.

    What's it like to hold a position where you're simultaneously apoplectic that we're only signing non-league players and absolutely certain we're going to miss out on the signing of a non-league player which will result in our inevitable relegation?

    Kudos to you, because I think my brain would break.

    Just saying what I’m seeing, it’s taking an awfully long time, that’s if we’re even in for him. I just expect us to miss out if other clubs further up the pyramid are in for him. Lower league signings can work out, but only accompanied with proven quality. Sign a team full of lower league players, end up in the lower leagues.

    This takes me back to the mid nineties, living in a flat in Hyde Park, (Leeds), with my girlfriend at the time, Justine. We'd always get back from the pub to watch this, or Fantasy Football, with Baddiel & Skinner. Saturday my mates would come over & trash the place... Real life.

    Why is it poor? If Preston or Huddersfield come in with higher wages in a higher division, he'd be a fool to at least not consider them.
