    Yes of course, but if you cared as much as JAQ says she does wouldn't you attend a game? If you were as pissed off as it appears they were with how con way was running the club you had a fairly large investment in wouldn't you try to do something about it? Even if that was just something simple like turning up at a fans meeting and airing your grievances or contacting the club and letting the other board members know you exist?

    And I still don't get the Murphy thing. How did he know about them if the club didn't? How did he suddenly appear at the club?

    2 point deduction and a fine. The club will get. That's what happened to brum if I remember.

    Question is without these clowns in charge, how do we maintain as a club.

    So Birmingham were given a 2 point deduction, suspended to end of 23-24 season, and had to pay £35k towards costs. There was substantial mitigation for their early involvement and co-operation in the inquiry.
    Or to put it another way it was the individuals the EFL were really after.

    Yep, agree with this but, and I could be totally wrong in this, it has also created a nagging doubt in my mind that there may be something about where Lee and Conway got/get their money from for their own direct contributions.

    Yes, we already did. Nothing's changed on the ownership front is my understanding. Obviously, neither Conway nor Lee have any control any more from a decision-making point of view. I think the hope is that the sanctions will be mainly on Conway and Lee if they are found to have breached the regulations, but it's difficult to know.

    Wasn't his connection to Billy Beane (prior to any of them being involved) and didn't he find out from him? Seem to remember hearing that at some meeting or other. He only mentioned it in passing in a conversation, and Neerav picked up on it.
