    Whoever it was from Athersley Reds who came up with the scarf idea for the Derby game. Ever since then the upturn in atmosphere has been remarkable. Intervention where it was needed.

    Special mention to Granty who has kept it going. Great work.

    Yes, there was a good shirtless shot of him for posterity.

    I’ll propose an unsung hero on the pitch too, as he scored the winner today. The change from the reckless hothead to what he is today has been quite phenomenal. He’s had a great season and is a firm favourite of this household. Take a bow Liam Kitching
