Yeah that home 2nd leg in '00 was a game none of the players wanted to play, and none of us wanted to see. It was a weird feeling seeing them treat it like a pre season friendly, with our first ever visit to Wembley being just 90 minutes away.
Right now, I am wishing that Posh had stuck that sitter away to make it 5-0 in injury time last week. Strange to think they may end up looking back on that missed chance when they were already 4-0 up. Wednesday bang in this. Posh will have to ride a non stop wave of pressure in the second half. If Wedneaday get another, they will win it.
Wednesday winning takes pressure off us tonight. Imagine playing Bolton knowing you only have to turn up in the Final? That's what would have happened had Peterborough won. Now it's potentially Wednesday in the Final it won't feel like we've blown it if we lose tonight. Like it or not against Wednesday in the Final we'd have to be 100 per cent.
