It's definitely next weekend. Likely Saturday. Should find out the venue tomorrow. Potentially Oakwell again.

Let’s hope it is. It’s a shame that it doesn’t go to the home ground of the team that amassed the most points!

The young Reds were in control throughout the second half, but without creating many (any?) clear cut chances. Millwall seemed to have 15 defenders at times.

A shout out to the trialist at number 5 who got away with 2 clear yellows, as well as a straight red when he followed up an off the ball kick to the Millwall striker’s leg with a left hook! Fortunately for him, the game continued for a while without the ball going out, when he should have got the yellows, so the ref probably forgot about him dragging their number 9 back. Even more fortunately, the ball had been hoofed to the other end of the pitch when he did his Callum Simpson impression.

We won the overall league, so can't see it being at Charlton. It'll be Oakwell or neutral, surely? But, it is Barnsley so no doubt a three-game ban for McGeehan, four stonewall penalties turned down and a fluke Wednesday goal.

Tbh mate. Surprised trialists are allowed to play in the play off games.

Don't know if there's been any rule change this year or not but going on last year it should be at Oakwell. Sheffield United were in exactly the same position last year as we are in this year - they won the overall league and got to the play-off final - and the final was held at Shiregreen, which is their U18s' home ground.
