We've too many players at the club as it is.. for a club our size. If we don't go up we won't be getting the 1 million parachute. And how much did the board put in?. If we're in L1 next season then a severe trimming of staff plus sales will be on the menu this summer. Big next couple of weeks coming up
I think squad trimming will happen regardless of what division we're in. Then again, our squad size reduces a lot when you take out the players out of contract and on loan.
Easy to forget that he's a normal bloke that's effectively lost his job, needs to drop to a level where he can be a regular starter and build his confidence back assuming that the hunger is there.
His lack of effort in games he's played for us could well have been the difference in those few points we've needed so I won't wish him well. What I will do is wish that he has the career his workrate and effort deserves. It's up to him what that is going forwards.
He really as been a waste of loan space. Youngsters in the academy would have put more effort in. Only thing I hope ,was Norwich were paying his wages. As he asnt earned them in effort.
