    Just listened to his interview with the BBC. Absolutely none of this is Raab's fault, it's all the civil servants who are to blame! It even prompted the bloke in the studio to ask the question "If all that's true, it begs the question why resign?"

    Jeremy Vine at lunchtime on radio 2 even had people calling in to blame the woke snowflakes for not being up to the job and Raab has done nothing wrong. If I didn't know any better I would say that all those saying that are bullies themselves, or just thick two hats

    I didn't realise Simon Cadell had died aged 45 until now, and when he was in Hi-de-hi he was in early thirties . In my mind he was about 50 in that series.

    According to the Grauniad, my earlier post suggesting that Sunak had probably told Raab to resign was wrong. It almost (only almost) suggests that Raab is sorry for his behaviour - until you read his resignation letter. What a complete git.
