He was struggling too, but it was weird spending money & buying Aubameyang specifically for him then sacking him two minutes later! He's a great cup manager though. Pre-Tuchel at bayern I thought Man City would beat them in Champions league, but now I'm not sure, Tuchel has a very decent record against Pep
Had some good players sold. Wouldn't be surprised if he didn't got back to celtic at the end of the season rumors there manager off in the summer.
Did a brilliant job but it went stale. He comes away with his reputation intact for me. Don’t think it helps that the owners are skint & can’t afford to renew many of their better players contracts. Bound to affect morale. Going to lose some quality players for very little / nothing in some cases.
Leics looking at managers in the Red Bull franchise ........ https://www.skysports.com/amp/footb...ith-graham-potter-thomas-frank-summer-targets strangely no mention of Struber?
I thought April Fool's Day was last week? Frank Lampard: Chelsea set to name ex-manager as boss until end of the season - BBC Sport
Crap appointment for Chelsea but no brainer for Lampard. His reputation has taken a massive hit with Everton, imagine if he does a Di Matteo and flukes the champions league or wins rest of his league games? Really surprised they haven't tried their best for Nagelsmann but it seems they want a massive name, ala Zidane, Ancelotti & co. A few even calling for Conte back!
https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/.../leicester-city-nigel-pearson-manager-8327631 This would be very bad news. Can't see it happening, but we do not want Bristol City to be looking for a manager.
