Friday afternoon went to box office to renew usually do it online for family group but I had to inform them of father-in-law passing away in January, obviously need to remove details and ask for him to be put on " Departed Reds" list for last game of season. 43rd consecutive season for me as ST holder first one for 1981-82 season.
Served by a lovely lady called Andrea, she checked to see how many of the free tickets we had left from the covid season, said she would leave father-in-law's seat incase my wife found another family member/friend to take it on, and as wife turns 60 in June(she is a long term ST holder) changed her over from Adult to Senior.
Andrea was friendly, helpful and professional; we may be league 1 but Andrea's customer service was premier league. Fellow Barnsley supporters we know about Beth and Vicky, so step forward Andrea and take a virtual applause from the Barnsley supporters!
PS any body from the club please make sure Khaled sees my comments

I can wholeheartedly agree about Andrea ….
