Isted, Helliwell, cotter, Shaw, Hayton and Winfield.

Is it just me or is that the reserves and it includes Isted? I hope I'm reading too much into that

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Collins back tomorrow. I don’t think Isted should be dropped personally, but it doesn’t tend to take much for the ‘No. 1’ to get their shirt back. We’ll see…

I would be more than surprised. Why do you think otherwise.. ? Given you don't think Isted should be dropped.

I wouldn’t be surprised either, remembering Collins was no 1 and hadn’t done anything wrong before getting injured, Isteds been mainly good but I didn’t think he was totally convincing at Exeter

What about the rest of his games. He's been outstanding. As for Exeter other players were at fault for the goals. should we drop em. ? We were beaten by the better side on the day.

Can't drop Isted at moment. No major balls ups and being dropped would be really bad for his confidence and possibly team spirit. Keep him int nets for nar

Surely if you perform well consistently but have a blip. you should keep your place (as most goalies do) . As for 1st choice how do you know he now isn't. It's not as though he's cost us any goals. With respect I think too many on here let their hearts rule their head. Isted should definitely keep his place. If Mr Duff thinks otherwise then so be it.

I think we choked at Exeter. Snatched at shots and made costly errors at the back. I'd bring back Collins. He's our number 1, our player and should play if fit.

No. Norwood, Josh Benson and Bobby Thomas went there with us two weeks ago. During the day. They're Manchester-based. Whereas this time it was a night event so we had to go with the most local players. So Charlie and Jordan live in the town, the others are recent additions renting locally. So it's easier to use them. Less messing around if that makes sense.

Conceded 5 in the last 2, mistake for the 3rd at Exeter, was a bit ‘flappy’ against Wycombe. Found himself in the sticks due to injury, and I’m guessing Brad is still seen as ‘No. 1’. Like I say, personally don’t think he should be dropped, I’m just saying I wouldn’t be surprised if he was

I come from the gulf in all round ability. We can all quote bad games or iffy games. Most goalkeepers. Regardless of how they end up between the sticks keep their place if performances warrant it. It's how Collins kept his place after Walton was left out of the cup game after being ever present for around 12 months. I remember many saying how unlucky Walton was in losing his place having not let us down.
How many mistakes have others made.? I'd argue that was Isteds first. And the saves he's made in other games have been top drawer.
As for being flappy I'd agree in the Wycombe game to a degree an off day but we still won. But imho from crosses he's far superior to anyone we've had since Steele.
As I say there are people on here who think Brad should be chosen because he's our player. (Heart over head If that's the case, we could say B. Thomas should be on the bench and replaced by one of our own. Defies logic for me. But it's their opinion and that's fine. We just don't agree)
I would be surprised if Duff went with Collins. But who am I to argue if he does. I've questioned more of his substitutions at times but more often than not gets it right. It would definitely be a big call.
