I’m off to Cheltenham Thursday until Saturday and my plans to get a train to Wycombe Saturday morning could be knackered with this train strike!! I was wondering if anyone is down that neck of woods who could maybe fit me in the boot :D…..TIA

I didn't know of any other Gloucestershire-based Reds who were BBS members, apart from me when I was living there for all those years, so I would be surprised if there is anyone now, unless it's a forum reader who never contributes.

If you do have to get the train it won't be a direct one to High Wycombe. You'd be going via Swindon or maybe going to London and then back out again. Tricky journey.

Yeah I’d looked at going via Swindon or Oxford, I heard it may still get called off yet too

I do live near Cheltenham, but, alas, I am unable to get to Wycombe on Saturday, otherwise I would have been more than happy to give you a lift. I am disappointed to be missing the game, having seen the ones at Cheltenham Town and Bristol Rovers, but, hey-ho! I hope that you manage to get there okay. Easy enough by road - A40 and M40 all the way. All the best and let's hope for another win on the road

I'm still confused why we aren't playing Wycombe tonight and Ipswich on Saturday.

Via Birmingham shouldn't be too bad assuming they're running - you'd have to walk from New Street to Moor Street, but they're both good services so it would certainly be better than trekking across London.
