If they had an attacking central midfielder like Modric or Eriksen they could dominate for five years. Problem they have is they haven't got anybody who can put a foot on ball and ride a tackle. They ping ball forward with Sessegnon, Perisic, Kula shaker and co. It's great when you're attacking. However, when you bang it forward so quickly and lose it with no pace in the middle... Hojberg and Bentancur are stranded. They track back but they're blowing out of their arses.
