Just been to see it in that London. Wow. Amazed. Amazed it’s got thru the p.c. checks. Don’t get me wrong, it’s brilliant, and hilarious. I reckon it’s Ricky Gervais in a musical. It’s like the writer found everything that could be potentially offensive and chucked it in.
Wasn’t that fussed about Hamilton. Dear Evan Hansen and Waitress though- brilliant. Standing at The Sky’s Edge… great.
Comparing a witty, well researched, informative and hilarious stage show written by 2 of the most intelligent satirists in the world to a man from Reading that considers comedy shouting “Mong” and “I identify as a helicopter” is really stretching.
