How are things in Germany energy wise these day; are they still trying to conserve consumption in public amenities etc?
It actually seems to be improving, they now feel they have enough gas and prices are expected to fall for next winter. People I know are still trying to save energy, but I've no idea about public institutions. I was in Austria for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year and I was amazed how hot it was everywhere. No sign of energy saving there.
