    Surely there's a point to be made though that he's now going to Stockport, not us. If we thought he was good enough for this level in the summer, why wasn't he brought back first thing this window? Sounds like it was a case of trying to get anyone in.

    One of my points is, the player himself appears to apportion blame to both clubs. Oh, and my other point, he’s at Stockport for a reason, most probably because there isn’t a mad rush for L1 clubs to sign him. That speaks volumes to me,bullet and dodge spring to mind.

    Tbf, he's quite likely on more £ at Stockport than we'd have offered. In the summer, their owner wrote off nearly £8m he'd put into the club.

    Or quite simply we may have managed to get the better option over the line this time. (Watter) And he wasn't made available in the summer. ?
