    Hi everyone,

    Ive set up a BBS World Cup prediction game on Football Prediction League, anyone fancy joining go to the link below:

    It’s free to use and a lot of fun, plus I’m pants at these things so your guaranteed to finish at least one place higher than me!

    Aim of the game is to correctly predict every score, with 3 points awarded for exact predictions, 1 point for the correct outcome (home win, draw, away win) and 0 for getting it completely wrong

    There’s a goal difference to seperate anyone on equal points, it’s based on how many goals you over/under predict by, the closer to 0 the better your GD.

    We have our own BBS league table on there to keep track of who’s got what points, but I’ll table post updates on here too

    Admins: Any chance of pinning this while the WC is on? Thanks

    I've already filled in the first group. Holland walk it & Quatar don't even score. Apart from the own goals they rack up anyway..:)

    We don't have to put in all the results yet do we mate? I've done the first 2 games in each group. Planning on doing rest after seeing this set of results

    Signed up, filled out all the groups, then went to round of 16 and it hasnt carried them through? Cant be arsed to work each one out for the remainder.

    I had some problems with that when I was changing groups, kept having to go back to the previous group to see if it had saved my correct score

    I have filled in the group predictions but how do you submit them ? or do you have to do the manager thing as well ?

    Your prediction saves automatically after you type it ;)

    I should have mentioned you don’t have to predict everything in one go, you’ve got until each games kick off to make the prediction, you can change your prediction at any time as well as long as the games not started, once they kick off your predictions locked in.

    the knockout rounds are populated as and when they are confirmed, it’s not worth predicting those until the groups start to complete

    I’m only predicting the first few days of fixtures and then I’ll do one day at a time once the games start
