Decent draw - home tick, winnable tick. Just thankful it's not Bolton away again (even though it couldn't be!)
Somewhere in the depths of SYP headquarters, there is a bloke already scrutinising Crewe's away record for signs of hooliganism, and getting ready to press the "Maximum Overtime Claims" button. We'll be lucky to make 60p out of the game.
Crewe can’t be underestimated, we should be winning on paper, but there’s not much of a difference between league 1 & league 2 in terms of quality, not like the gap between the Championship & league 1 anyway. We will most likely win then draw West Brom away or something
Really, it’s just wanting a home draw against realistically beatable opponents, whilst at the same time taking nothing for granted. The prize winnings for that round and the prospect of more lucrative ties.
Let’s just pack in then, coz we might lose. It’s a good draw because it’s a very winnable home game, that is all I’m saying.
Didn't mean it like that. If we beat Crewe it's a great draw. If we lose to Crewe it's a bad draw. I was being sarcastic but it's obviously gone over your head.
Yep, but in my defence there’s been much negative rubbish posted about this draw, I simply missed the sarcastic ones
