Hi - thanks for the Dakota tip - the Mrs won on that one. I had an early win on one of the favourites but other than that it was slim pickings for me!
Only one favourite apiece at Cheltenham, Donny and Newbury yesterday. Could be tricky again today with Doncaster and Newbury both described as Heavy. The jumps form hasn't yet settled down, I suspect. I'm going with the immaculately bred Israr at Donny today (2.30). Timeform and the RPR's don't make him a standout, but his last three runs have been in more valuable races than this. Crucially for me, I was on course when his sire Muhaarar made a winning debut at Doncaster in 2014 on heavy ground! (Winks and taps side of nose! )
Cheers mate. I'd put my selections down but I don't want to put an extra stone on them. Such is my luck this last few days. Flattened a few quid this week. In an ideal world @orsenkaht should be right with Israr. However, I've backed sumat else in that race too e/w. ( Second guessing myself).
