    I always have mine when I go to away games and I've never had a problem - it's a 16 litres pack.

    Well I walked past the one person bag searching and was inside the turnstile just getting my phone ticket scanned when a female steward grabbed my shoulder and wanted me back outside to tag and search my bag.
