    New class at Shaw Lane - Suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Covers falls prevention, stability etc. Obviously most on here will be in peak health & fitness, but maybe suitable for elderly parents etc.

    Brilliant that fired, I'm 53 and knackered so I might pop along. As for my elderly parents they are fit as a lop, but they might drop me off .:D
