    Aye, good performance from the lad today. The whole team were excellent from start to finish, wonderful to see.

    Best bit of today was seeing the Wendy "supporters" leaving after the second goal :):)

    Ad a go at a nob ed at the back of the Ponty the other week who was constantly slagging him off; couldn't see that he was constantly left out to dry by his team mates.

    Been a fan of his for a while now, particularly in that right sided centre back position. Those runs forward today were class.

    That run from him, carrying the ball half the length of the pitch and taking pressure off us was quality. Hope he can have a season injury free.

    Of all the players we have, I proper love to see this lad play well.

    When he signed for us he was far from ready, and we then made a step up the leagues and he struggled, got dogs abuse. But as he was one of a dozen under 21's, it was easy to forget he was (and still is) a kid.

    No matter how may duff games he has, he always seems to come back, stand up and be counted. Hats off fella. And there's no lack of talent in there.

    With more experience, hopefully the odd bad game will become fewer and further between, because if it does he'll be a proper regular championship standard player.
