    Not the first time so hardly surprising but zero transparency from this 'new board' total disrespect for the fans, again. They've already blown it in my eyes, might as well sell up Jean.

    Tbf the window shuts at 11pm. If a deal is done at 10.59, what time do you expect them to confirm it?

    Just been on the BBC Sports App and the transfers page is updating all the time, There is transfer news still coming in from all over. Perhaps, the confirmation is only just coming through from the FA/EFL

    Maybe he needed championship football for his desire to play in the world Cup plus with us having the option for another year up to 2024. Hes in the shop window value will rise .its all about the money. Not that I agree to what the club is doing

    It’s every bit as plausible as your suggestion/contention. Are all the clubs involved in transfers on the BBC site whose times are listed later than ours doing the same then?

    I'm sure some are legit paperwork delays and I'm sure there are other clubs playing the same good news bad news game with their fans, it's common sense in a way. What I'm pointing out is that this 'new board' despite all their initial bluster are no different.

    Maybe, just maybe, the EFL/FA are ratifying deals as they come in. Rather than just doing one club at a time.....

    Of all the teddy out of the cot statements of the last few days this has to be the daftest.
    Year in year out we and every other club in the country carry on doing deals until the very last minutes of the last day of the window. You make it sound like this is done to sneak it all past us and suppress comment.
    Do you think we'll all have forgotten about it by tomorrow morning?
    Coz I can guarantee that's not the case.
