I recieved an email a couple of weeks ago from the club saying my didital season ticket could be downloaded to Google and my pladtic version(which I opted for) would be sent out from 20th June. The digital version would not download and the pladtic version has not yet arrived in the post. I am alone in this or are others in the same situation?
No, mine came when they said they would. My digital one wouldn't download to Google Pay but did after I copied the link into Chrome Browser.
I opted to pick mine up from the office & they let me know it was ready & picked it up with no problems , just give them a quick bell & I am sure they will let you know if it has been posted or not.
Talk me through this please as mine wouldn't work last season or this. I've opened the email and pressed Google pay and just get sonething has gone wrong.
I held the link, and it came up with an option to copy the link address - opened up Chrome on my phone and pasted it into that. Worked OK then for me
Can you access your emails through chrome Helen? Thats what i did and it added it to google pay straight away. I did have problems using the gmail app on my phone.
