    From an interview in the Gloucester Newspaper. I think they are GCSE age. He may well up sticks and move here to further his career. I am not privy to what he says in interview. Although, Many a manager has lived in a hotel - the special one springs to mind. We all have difficult decisions to make in life for work/life balance. I am sure whatever he decides it will not affect his ability to do the job.
