I wonder if the owners of the ground are more likely to invest in either ground maintenance or redevelopment now that they appear to be.on speaking terms with the new board who have said they intend to stay at Oakwell.
I came across this Portsmouth update whilst looking on YouTube and would love us to do something similar to the West Stand.

Cost in region of £10m for that though.
Might not need to be as much but would need sizeable contribution from somewhere.

Odd they are spending millions redeveloping a stand but it's going to have restricted viewing posts.....

Given funds are extremely limited, and we're extremely unlikely to get close to filling the ground in the short term, I suspect ground development is very very low on the agenda.

Parekh mentioned negotiating an extension to the lease, so I suspect the hope is for the council to put money into Oakwell, but given the cost of living crisis, I'm not sure that should be their main priority either.

First viewing of our ground coming from Tarn is not very welcoming imo .

We should ask the council if they have any cladding left over from glassworks etc. And spray it red
