    Do you know anything about Adam Hammill? Have you ever seen him coaching or interacting with people? Do you know he can connect with young footballers or any footballers?
    Comments like this are the biggest problem with Barnsley Football Club

    All very fair points.

    Comments like that are just as bad to be honest. A random person’s comment on a bulletin board about who they personally would like to apply is not the ‘biggest problem with Barnsley Football Club’.

    It's not an attack on this person, it's this attitude that because someone a Barnsley fan or a former player that they would be a good for a role in the club.

    It's one of many things I and a friend fill the time with and joke about on long away trips. It's terrible Jam Drop.

    Clubs that do well don't just appoint former players do they?

    As someone that's mentioned they live in or around Headingley, you will understand the problems this can cause more than most I would imagine.

    I'd actually say player fitness hemsy, is Barnsley football club's biggest problem at present. Most of our squad can only run for 45 mins, Especially the young ones.
