    I genuinely think he's shocked how far they've fallen. Imagine having a generational talent coming back to that.
    Anyone who thinks Ronaldo is the cause of the problems is wrong. I personally don't think he fits the team at all (how they play), but suggesting off field he has anything to do with that mess is comical. Stature of Ronaldo, you'd think players would try rise to his standards. He's still the first in training and last to leave. Its just a cheap shot to blame him

    So you (a) aren't calculating correctly and (b) the first team you quote bears no resemblance to the first one after Arteta's appointment. Arteta was appointed on 20th December 2019.

    As a reference point to the inaccuracy of your calculation, you've got 24.4 for today's team which is under by nearly a year from my calculation of 25.1 and this one which is 25.2 as I was generous with my roundings Arsenal FC - Leeds United, May 8, 2022 - Premier League - Statistics | Transfermarkt

    Not sure it's worth arguing the point any longer. I've calculated age plus days and so has a respected independent stats site and we corroborate at between 25.1-25.2. If you want to think the answer is 23.11, 24.4 or anything else then that's your prerogative I guess.
