Apart from being them non existent, crap player recruitment , crap selection of managers, inability to hold onto players, flawed policies, alienating fans, how the chuff are these clowns allowed to keep buying clubs! We now again face one of our most crucial periods, with virtually sod all to build on. Suppose the law of averages says we might finally get a good manager, but whilst good recruitment of players is paramount who the hell will want to come here? ( unless we get a manager with charisma) Pffffffffffffvg
They managed to recruit statistically the two worst managers in our 135 year history, in the same season to boot. I think I'd probably just give up at that point, I wish stupid greedy ******* would.
I agree with you with most parts. But inability to hold onto players? It's one of a very, very, very few points of grace the fans have for the board, keeping our most pivotal players in recent years. We don't need to encourage falsities, the board look bad enough as it is without that. The loss of Val was crucial though, fair enough if he left and we replaced - but to replace with a completely new style of football contributed to our downfall massively. Charisma-mute managers consecutively with boring, sloppy football slowly trickled down to where the players didnt know what to do, or simply couldnt be ar5ed for large majorities of this season. Utter shambles from top to bottom!
In recent years we had Covid and the brexit/euro rules. Dont worry if those rules hadn't been in place we would have sold at the drop of a hat.
I disagree. With the Covid implementations, I'd have thought we'd sell even cheaper to increase funds. We didnt
