    Victor starts today which is a big worry to me , does it mean they are thinking of offering him another contract ? I seriously think it is time for a parting of the ways but I hope he proves me wrong today & bang a hat trick in today

    I’ll be seriously miffed if he gets another contract. National League striker at best.

    I just checked. In 56 appearances at or mostly below the level we'll be at next season he's scored five goals. I like his attitude and commitment but he's definitely not what we need for next season.

    I agree. He’s played too many games for us as it is, let alone giving him another contract. He’s seemingly a nice lad but both parties need to move on now.

    Worrying isn't it. El Liar said where possible only players here next season would play yet two useless losers are starting

    Pretty decent assist. I’ve no issue with Victor as a squad player. But he isn’t going to be a Woodrow Morris or Moore

    If a hat trick was redefined as being 3 goals in a season instead of a game, Vic would still never score a hat trick.

    There's a more than reasonable chance that we will start next season with Vic as first choice striker. In which case, League 2 beckons.

    I agree he isn't good enough, but when people pull stats up, it's a little harsh. How many 5 minute cameos has he had? And majority are out wide.

    I thought he did okay in the first half. Brilliant for the Marsh goal, never gave up. Shame our more 'talented' players don't have his tenacity and spirit. Can't fault his effort.

    I think he will be fine as a squad player in league one.

    Well he is out of contract , we will have to see but the fact that he started today in front of contracted players is a worry

    Is there? I've absolutely no idea what our team will be next season, but I'd be amazed if its not significantly different to any of the lineups we've put out this season

    No idea why we started Vic. Lovely lad but we have seen all he has to offer and at the level we will be playing at next season he isn’t quite good enough.

    Well here's another stat for you. He's scored 12 goals in his career. Including non league.
    We need better. Whether we get it is another point entirely.

    Really?? He doesn’t have ability to befit a profession footballer. That ball that dropped to him in the second half under no pressure at all from anyone within 10 yards and it bounced off his shin just sums him up.
    I’m 58 this year and I know I could have done better.

    I remember Morris mis controlling it 3 times too. I also know that without vic today, we'd have another game gone by without scoring. I've already agreed he isn't good enough for this league. But his presence and work ethic ( given the right manager) would serve us well as a back up squad player in league one
