He’s never going to get another job in English football at a professional level now. So yep I would say he’s failed.
Not really, he was negative from the off but dressed it up as sorting out the defence. Tbh, if you're in above your head work isn't a pleasant place to be. Not a job I'd want.
Football is about putting the ball in the opponent net and keeping it out of your own.. This modern age stuff.. if you can do a hundred thousand keepy-ups..and play pointless pretty triangles 50 yards from the opponents goal.. doesn't make them good players. Its absolute folly.. The majority of our young players can't even pass the ball to another red shirt. The fans.. as you blame have been served up utter 5hite.. by people who have no idea what they are doing..
Just look at Gomes his goal apart. He hasn't got a clue once he gets into an advanced position. Same with Benson and Kane the bit I've seen of them. The only player that does know what to do with it is Styles but he's been playing with the hand brake on all season.
