We have plenty of male coaches for women's teams so no reason at all it shouldn't go the other way. It's just a matter of when.

Are there any female head coaches at any professional male football teams in any other countries? Or any female head coaches of any all male professional teams in any sport?

I don't know the answer to either of the above, they're questions, not making a point.

That's across the world (the investment by Fifa) it's peanuts. Abramovic spent twice as much as that at one club! There is no comparison at all between the money in the men's game and that in the women's game. It's like comparing Pats for Pants with Amazon.

I never said otherwise mate. The FA are upping prize money for the cup, and apparently giving millions more in the coming years to womens development. I don't disagree with you about number of spectators at the ground, or on TV. But in regards to Emma Hayes, my point was that because she's at an elite club (who will receive alot more funding in the coming years), I very much doubt she'd even consider us. She even says in those articles previous, she feels its an insult from AFC Wimbledon to consider her for the job.

I read Emma's comments. I disagree with her point of view considerably.

If she took the AFC Wimbledon job and achieved success, promotion for instance, the recognition, prestige, career opportunities and earning potential that would afford her would eclipse that from success managing a women's team 1000 fold. It would be an amazing opportunity for her, particularly being the first woman head coach in the men's professional game. Her exposure would immediately increase beyond compare. I'm very surprised she wasn't able to recognise this. That doesn't mean she should take it of course, but to deny it's a fantastic opportunity seems an odd kind of denial.

No I was aiming at the “She want’s to get over herself.
No matter how she rates the women’s game herself , it’s still not in the same class as the Football League , and won’t be for a long time, if ever.
That’s not supposed to be sexist btw just my own opinion” post

Unfortunately the quote didn’t work for some reason

Hard to reconcile “She wants to get over herself” with not being sexist in my opinion

Of course the womens game is different to the mens but I’d argue managing the top womens team is more prestigious than a 4th division EFL team. Though you may disagree. But I have no problem at all with your post

The board have been slaughtered for bringing in coaches with no experience of the league and people want to bring in Emma Hayes. Just bizarre.

Maybe but the profile is massively different. For the FA Cup semi featuring 2 of the top women's teams they "nearly " sold out Boreham Woods ground. Appreciate it's a growing sport - I coach my daughters U14s team at Horsforth St Margaret's where the girls section has c30 teams starting at U7s - but surely the challenge of coaching in front of 5 figure crowds every week instead of a max of 5k for a cup semi would appeal to an ambitious female coach?

Or maybe they want to be part of the growth of the woman's game, not necessarily less ambitious.

Surely the tactics of shoot high at the goals because the goalkeeper can’t reach it ,would not work in the mens game

I can’t see any reason why not. Once the first one breaks through I think it will quickly become normal. Emma Hayes should have a job (if she wants one) at a league side she speaks more knowledgeably than most.
