We absolutely do if we get the points that mean we finish 4th bottom. Not even up for debate that one really.

Well I suppose that's right and I'm hoping for a repeat Oduor family explosion. The dog is still traumatised after that night.

And if we get closer to doing it, it might not leave a lingering taste in the mouth that all this season so far is leaving.

Yep - if we do it I suppose we deserve it. From where we are now.

@Connor has a good track record of BFC predictions. Last time i did one of these it was the league 1 playoff promotion and we were down the bottom when i asked the question and he was the only one to get it right.

    No pressure

    Whats your vote this time?

I think it’s too little too late. Those two long losing runs killed us. I’ve just attempted to predict the results for the 4 teams in the relegation mini league, plus Hull, and even with some very optimistic results for us we’d need everything to go our way. Lose against Reading and it’s almost game over. We could still do it with a draw, but we’d have to pick up at least one win away from home and win all the remaining home games. With our recent form the home games are winnable, but our away record is awful.

Reading will win a few more games, probably the one against us so it’s too late unfortunately. Big summer ahead but establishing ourselves in league 1 is the main goal next season, a transitional period. Will take us a good few years to get back in the championship.

Yeah, they have two very winnable home games after playing us, and I can’t even see us beating them.

I hope we tweak the model slightly, and rather than keep going out and signing 20/21 year olds, we focus on bringing players through the academy, and finding the right players to compliment them.
