    Yes, looks like a joke, presumably connected with the reopening of the Moscow Stock Exchange yesterday.

    It's something to do with the potential dividend on Lukoil shares. The phrase "unusual dividend" is written in comedy Latin "unusualus dividendus 102.3% in 261 days"

    The phrase at the bottom with the arrow says "What are they smoking at BKS? ", which is a leading investment website in Russia.
