Might win one of the next three. Then not a cat in hells chance of getting anything against Sheff Utd
I would hope fans who can get to Oakwell will get down there & get behind the lads, forget the red button & Sky , the last home match was a very good performance & the support the lads got played a big part , more of the same has got to help .
Exactly mate.......I think to some a home game means just that....HOME....where they watch it, I realise some cannot get to game obviously, yet there will still be loads on BBS who watch on telly and claim to super loyal reds!......and they’ll be first to moan about performance to boot.
We're playing 2 sides who are 22nd and 23rd in the form table. There hasn't been a better time for us to drop on Stoke and Bristol City. With how we've performed at home of late, I'd be disappointed with anything less than 6 points from those 2. I just hope we don't get embarrassed by Fulham inbetween and shatter any confidence we might have built.
We went to Ashton Gate at a time when they hadn’t won at home for about three decades. We’re the antidote to poor form.
Can't really see us getting close to Fulham to be honest. Don't think our midfield will cope when Mitrovic drops deep, and our full backs will be in for a tough time, particularly Vita against Wilson.
I just think that when you're fighting for survival, to succeed you need to stun one of the big boys and get three points when nobody is expecting you to. Can also see them not being up for a lunchtime kick off in Barnsley when/if they're 12 points clear of second place by the time that game comes around. We could catch them out with packing the midfield and hitting on the counter, but the key will be not giving them acres of space to cross the ball like we did at Craven Cottage. Mitrovic dropping deep wasn't the problem last time - it was letting crosses come in and just not marking him.
