    That first half was 100% the best of the whole season!!

    Big man in middle, little un’s running about, balls launched forward and no pi$$ing about in our half, simple stuff really!!!

    “The owners pick the team” is one of the oldest lines in football parroted by moronic fans who have no brain cells.

    sadly, in our case it is most likely true as Conwy is on record as saying that is what they do at their other clubs.

    i don’t think the head coach is told the starting 11 game to game that would be ridiculous but it seemed pretty clear certain players were told to be involved more than others based on their resale value

    I was and still am very critical of his tenure however I’ll be supporting him till he goes, if we do go down it’s important that we go into the summer kicking screaming and fighting

    Can we give the gaffer some fcukin' credit please! ? I know we drew away at Peterborough but I can see what he's trying to do.

    He marks out what style and who we can pick up results against.

    A point away at Coventry would av' been a great result but instead he achieved the same as every other Head Coach/ manager since 1923.

    If this stuff about selection is true he needs to pick his best 11 plus 7 sub's n' take it from there.

    Tbh I’ve felt for bloke since he come in, he come in to a total **** show and he’s struggled since he’s been here, tonight was everything that I want to see week in week out, the lads running there blood to water and no fuking about in dangerous places on the field and tonight we executed both to the max!! While ever he’s here though I’ll support him

    If you haven't got a winning hand you can't play it. The time to judge is when we have the best 11 available for a number of matches . Imho we haven't really had that yet.

    You could also argue statistical analysis was presented to the management team that showed certain players would benefit from being played. Rather than ‘you must play x because he’s the oldest player/too earner’, when they really weren’t. We’ve been guilty of that here a few times over the years

    It comes from a comment on a French player at Nancy. The French player was a very good player and a youth international.

    I think it was more haven't you thought about this player that's doing well rather than YOU MUST PLAY X.

    I wish they hadn't left it till Jan 31st to bring in Bassi and Quina.

    We wasted another month and became further detached at the bottom.

    If we'd have signed these 2 when the transfer window opened then maybe it would have been different.

    That's how I interpreted it. It wasn't a directive, but a use of data to present information to the management team.
