Ffs there was nothing between us first half ?
Maybe score wise but in terms of possession , attacks and desire to win there was a gulf between us Poya .
Not sure who he’s trying to convince but the evidence is contradicting him .
Smash and grabs work occasionally Poya but you can’t work a game by game strategy on it especially the grab bit never mind the smash .

I'd just go with grief! There wasn't anything in there that required use of the word good... in any context.

I thought the first half was pretty even but Coventry shaded it. Helik arguably had the best chance of the half with the header wide, and when they broke at pace it ultimately led to nothing. They looked more threatening because they had more quality and pace in the final third, but we were well in the game without playing that well and should have been able to build on going in at 0-0 away at a decent side.

Second half was a different story. Similar to Luton. Awful.

Useless waste of a cardboard cut out! Why are we still having to see/listen to these so called interviews from him? Every time he opens his mouth it’s absolute tosh!! That’s maybe 1 of reasons he doesn’t say a twa77ing word when ont touch line!

I thought we were doing our favourite thing first half tbh .
First minute from an attack by us we give a sloppy stupid pass Coventry race down the field and imo had the best chance of the half .
Heliks chance seemed miles away for me but not seen it back ( no interest tbh ).
I thought we huffed and puffed first half without threatening and second half was usuall backs to the wall with Coventry wasting some glorious chances rather than our great defending .
Appreciate Opinions and all that but never during the game did I think we are gonna score.
Obviously the longer the game went at nil all we may have had a chance of a smash and grab draw but I was never confident especially after the subs .
Feel for Jasper tbh I feel he’s being hung out to dry .

I think it was a bit closer than miles away but shouldn't have been in my opinion. Was the best chance rather than the closest to a goal (if that makes sense).

The only time we looked dangerous second half was when Morris got on the ball in his favoured position and played it across goal. It's a waste of our best player playing him at #9.

On Callum Brittain "But again, we have to be careful with him, having only just returned in terms of whether he can do 90 minutes." So why start him on Saturday then?!

100% agree about Morris the only player that would have any inkling of getting onto those dangerous crosses from him was Morris himself any other forward we have just don’t gamble .
Maybe Cauley pre Schopp and Poya would have but Morris is our only natural striker imo on he’s not played there and even if he was he wouldn’t get the type of service he provides .
As has been said numerous times disastrous summer recruitment and ineffective January window imo .
Like Quina and Bassi but we needed more bite imo .
    PS
    And some half decent tactics

Morris is best suited to playing off the front man with the ability to drift wide and come in and make things happens. It's a different type of strength being strong on the ball from chesting it or being played in to feet vs. punted towards your head. He was frustrated on Saturday - as was I.

We miss Woodrow. He wasn't playing well but he has more quality than any other #9 in the squad and I think he'd perform much better with Morris, Quina and Bassi fighting to be in the Starting XI.

It was sad how poor our bench looked on Saturday. We really have assembled a very mediocre squad that's completely lacking any balance.

As many have said indirectly in many threads, I think this is our major issue. Changing a winning side. Changing a defense which had not conceded in nearly two games. Changing formations to shoehorn in a particular player. Starting the same players every game, when they didn't perform previously. Swapping said player with the same substitute who didn't perform previously. Freezing players out and not even giving them a chance, when all other options have failed. Being happy with zero shots on target, especially after a game where we shot on sight and actually won a game. Etc., etc., etc.

The only thing to rival the dullness of his tactics seems to be his interviews.....
