On top of the £4.3b they wrote off to fraudsters the other week.

So because they are useless we have to foot the bill through NI increases.

More talk of levelling up without any real detail or extra funding (which basically means it’s b0ll0cks).

Is this government even worse than Thatchers for the working classes?

Plus another £1.3bn spent 'without treasury approval or in breach of treasury conditions'. They should all be either banged up or strung up. How the actual fu¢k do they still have a single voter willing to back them. Not sure I can contain my hatred for those vile ¢uπts much longer....

After weeks of ‘let’s wait for the Sue Grey’ report, it’s now ‘we are waiting for the Met Police report’ and the buzz phrase for today is ‘levelling up’.They think the general public is stupid and sadly they are.

happens time and again. sadly will all be forgotten though, 6 months before the next GE when the tory propaganda machine kicks in. Martin Nettleton is more credible than this lot.

The amount of money this government has wasted, through incompetence, cronyism and corruption is absolutely staggering.

The things they are bullying through for personal and party gain is absolutely staggering.

The level of lies and deceit on a daily basis is absolutely staggering.

And the sheer number of scandals and inquiries is absolutely staggering.

Yet there is still support for this mendacious, racist, deceitful, dishonest, corrupt, incompetent sociopath that revels in the fallout. That perhaps is the most staggering of all.

An interesting dilemma is approaching. Boris looks very likely to be issued with one or more fixed penalties. He will not dare contest them in the court. He must therefore pay them. That constitutes an admission of the offence. That will mean that he has misled Parliament, which means a breach of the ministerial code. That means resignation will be expected. He may resist that, but I think it will be a bridge too far for his backbenchers.

Yes and the middle classes and the pensioners - its only not worse for a select few specially favoured Tory benefactors, and criminals ( though one may be a subset of the other)

If he is fined (along with others), I'd be very very interested on how it gets paid.

Corrected it for you. He has already provably misled parliament on several occasions and is still there
In any case I have little confidence the met police will actually issue him with with a fine and even if they do it will not be publicised -

Same as the wallpaper, I suppose!

TBH though, the 'admission of guilt' point is more problematic for him. :D:D

The number who just say 'they like him.' As one Tory said "Everyone likes Boris. Until they get to know him."

I think that it's gone too far and they are under too much scrutiny not to issue a FPN if the evidence is there. And let's be honest, we've all seen it. I also don't think that No 10 can avoid confirming whether or not he is served with one. It would not be tolerated, not least by his own side.

I admire your faith in the Tory MP's. The same ones that happily support his slanderous slur on Starmer ( only its not slander until he repeats it outside parliament) and back his clear lies on partygate, ignore his catastrophic leadership on everything.
The only think that will get them to take action is if they are sure he will lose them the next election, though they need a candidate to replace him and the likely front runners arent going to be popular with the general public

Sadly I couldn’t agree more and just when we think it couldn’t get any worse, it will. The majority of the voting British public must be the most gullible uncaring people on this planet.

They'll be acusing Labour of financial mismanagement when the next General election comes round.
