On the main thread page at the side of your thread title it should say edit. Click that to edit title. If your using a phone/table turn it to landscape view

Just looked at setting it should do everything is set right. You can only edit your own thread title unless admin

I think we should be able to edit anyone else's thread. Imagine that....

ADMIN Strange... the thread title I referred to is correct. What happened is that I selected 'Thread tools' and in the drop down selected 'Edit Title' I was unable to directly type anything in the dialogue box. Highlighting a word in the title then copy pasting it into the dialogue box worked but I could only select oneword not the entire title. Even then, I could not edit the word in the dialogue box.
Thread tools/ Edit Title It is the method I have used in the past , the only difference is that I now use the Barnsley Dark 'skin' and not the generic one.

It may have been a temporary glitch and I will try a test thread.

ADMIN.... BLACK FONT ON BLACK BACKGROUND!! So it appeared typing was not working. Still a bit tricky deleting original as simply typing title does not replace original and you can't see what you are deleting/correcting.

That black on red is so hard to read, it's caused me issues in the past.

In fairness it is the 1st time I have tried to edit a title since I changed the skin (which I like as there is fare less glare than a plain white page when I am in my home studio with subdued lighting and looking at the BB on my DAW monitors)

Tee hee! It was black on black I had the problem with! As an aside we BFC fans seem to have lots of trouble with Reds on a green background ATM;)
