I'm biassed because I love Spurs. However, it's the clear and obvious bit that pisses me off. Had Mariner waved play on for the Rudiger penalty decision and VAR said you got that wrong it looked dubious have a look mate. I'd take the attitude fair enough. In real time it was a penalty and given as one. In that instance, the instance tonight an on field decision no matter how tenuous my point might come across was made. It wasn't clear and obvious so it was a penalty. The second one didn't look a penalty if I'm honest. The third did piss me off because the Chelsea goalkeeper started the passage of play and everyone including Sky missed the fact that he touched the ball.
Not so sure about first penalty claim Hojbjerg still on his feet inside box and then caught with follow through.
Notice how Sky and VAR never ran through fully with the replay. Spot on mate. Hojberg was taken out in the box
Tbf Spurs could have been given all 3 decisions and they still would have lost. Their best chance of silverware and the y sacked Mourinio just before it! Perennial losers whose " glory days" are well behind them.
I think that's why the politics thread touched a nerve with me too Helen. After a while feeling like a loser becomes endemic.
