    Now this is bad news!!!

    Assuming we could hold them to a draw I was really looking forward to going to Barrow.

    I wonder if we could offer to hold the fixture there?

    All geared to reducing the number of games the PL have to play. I see biennial World Cup proposals are also marching on. Ironically led by Arsenal Wenger, who spent his entire managerial career bairning about the amount of games they had to play.

    I can’t understand this at all. The World Cup is a spectacle and having it much more often, in my opinion, harms this.

    Not hard to work out their driving factor behind it I guess.

    I genuinely believe if the biennial World cup comes to fruition, it will ruin it. Especially if we continue to have the Euros, AFCON, Copa America, etc. (nations league???). 4 years is perfect, optimism, hope, excitement - Something so rare is so much more valuable.
