I have been to all 20. And left disappointed in almost them all, not by score line but performances
Apart from Collins, not one player has looked bothered and like they want to be here
All we ask for as fans is 100% every game
    Onto Peterborough now

There’s still only the first half at qpr where we’ve played well. Funnily enough with Clarke Odour in the front three.

Really? No effort at all there last night. Just a load of blokes strolling around not arsed to get the ball back. I could have played in that game and still giving more effort than any one of them. 20% possession at home, and half of that was just aimlessly kicking the ball back to Swansea. Pathetic. I'm shocked and appalled. Stroll on League 1 at this rate.

Many games I would agree but not last night. The effort off the ball to close them down was disgraceful IMO. Just stood there watching, as they passed it round us for 94 minutes.

Only kidding mate, fair play to ya, that's some effort considering the horrific season it's turning out to be.

Not like you mate. You and Lil normally look for positives. Chin up. There's only 26 matches to go.

Thanks mate, and yes I do normally look fir positives. But, I can't find any after last night. I'm astounded and quite frankly appalled at 20% possession last night with little attempt to get it back and when we did just lumped it back to Swansea. Then we had to go through 2 to 3 minutes of them passing it along their back 4 with us just standing and watching.

If we've got to sit through that again then I don't know what to do

There was effort for most of the first half. It seemed to me that the players had been coached into pressing the back line without tackling them. It looked more like they were closing channels down, which at times was more difficult as Cole didn't seem to be part of the press and was often stood out of line to pick up the outball. But you did see players looking around, checking their positions, Woodrow in particular marshalling players in their shape and keeping formations quite tightly as Swansea passed it side to side.

The fallout from that is we expended a lot of energy for nothing. Just like last season we ran defences ragged, harrying them until they floundered and exhausted themselves. The first 15-20 minutes, the midfield seemed to be pretty high up and joining in with the press. Rotating who the key pressing player was. Maybe to conserve collective energy.

As we tired, the collective press (often without tackling) slowed and Swansea were able to get higher up the pitch and control play in territory that was more dangerous to us.

Once we were 1-0 down, the attitude was as we've seen. Heads dropped, effort dropped and cohesion went out of the window.

We looked like we had a template and it looked like the players were buying into it at first.

But we're back to the same old issues. Fitness. A midfield that just isn't fit for any purpose and a front three that just doesn't get any service to be a potent threat.
