Players have been injured and will continue to be injured until they change this stupid rule.

England goalkeeper commits to a tackle which was not required.

Flag was up in plenty of time for Pickford to pull out of the tackle - it was obvious he wanted to intimidate their player.

The flag was up but the ref hadn't blown for it, until he does, you play on. I don't think you can infer Pickford's motives to be honest.

Didn’t hear the whistle, but the flag was clearly up (the OP states late flag), and Pickfords attitude was obvious, you can only infer I was commenting on his motive from my observation that his demeanour was clearly intimidating;)
