I play it, £20 a month, won a few 10s and 20s over the last 5 years. No one's come knockin'. I'd love to cancel it, but darent, cos my postcode will win the jackpot the week I do.
I delivered 10 gold envelopes to one Street a couple of years ago and they had all won £1000 each, ive also delivered boxes with prizes in but no idea what they were.
I play it, only had a few £10 wins. But a mate of mine won £30k and they must have come knocking as he was on 1 of the adverts
My sisters street in Bolton-on-dearne won it about 7 years ago. 150k to each winning ticket holder, plus anyone who played with an S63 8 postcode in the surrounding streets also won a few bob They held a presentation do at wentworth for all the winners It’s obviously at this point I tell you my sister wasn’t playing it!
Never done it, never will. Lotteries in general are what I would describe as "stupidity taxes". But what I really object to is having to sign up for it rather than being able to just buy a ticket on a whim.
