He’s on course to score 52 goals this season at his current rate. Couldn’t get a look in for Scott Parker in the Premier. Only scored one of the seven last night as well!
I kinda want to see him score more than 40 goals because it would be some feat, but at the same time, it sickens me that he's playing in our division. He'd walk into most Premier League teams, and score 15 goals with the right service.
That Fulham team is incredible. If he stays fit he has 40 goals by March in my opinion. Everything goes through him and in this league his lack of pace doesn’t matter as much.
His slight lack of extra pace is the main reason why he’s not done the business in the Prem really I reckon, yet. Great player though, and he’s on some coin down there!
100%. But then again in the right team that wouldn't matter as much. The way Fulham played last season they needed much more than a battering ram/penalty box style striker.
I was at Ewood last night. The second half was just brutal. Note to whoever our coach is after the international break. Don't go down to 10 men early against them! The quality of their attacks down the channels made me think they'd be on for double figures against us if Schopp was in charge.
Me being cynical might say that it may not be the case after Saturday, only because BFC do tend to allow other teams to come off bad runs when they play us.
Which is why it’s imperative we get 3 points on Saturday! Treat the Fulham game as a free hit, because we’re getting nothing from Craven Cottage!
I think Helik will relish a physical battle with Mitrovic. If he comes out on top his value will sky rocket.
